I went into my BIOS and enabled iGPU Multi-Monitor, unplugged my main middle monitor (HDMI) from my GPU, and put it into my motherboards I/O to see what would happen when I crashed again. I have a very high reason to believe that it's a GPU/PSU issue (but I'm not entirely sure).HOWEVER, during these 2 rarities (which only occurred AFTER I did the method written right below), I received two bluescreens, both with stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and what failed: nvlddmkm.sys. During these crashes, all of them EXCEPT FOR TWO were all the black screen situation written above. I have crashed maybe 15 Times in total since Thursday, all while having Tarkov open.Played different games to see if the issue was reoccurring (GTA V, Modded MC, Apex) - Running Perfectly Fine.Checked if fans on GPU were working (all 3 are on and spinning).Checked Temperatures and Task Manager WHILE playing - nothing spiked and Temps were normal.Installed some C++ Visual Studio from a thread of a similar issue (didn't work).Updated My Graphic Drivers Uninstalled Them Completely to get a Fresh Reinstall Reverted Them Reverted them AGAIN.Reverting Windows Update (was at version 21H1, now at 20H2).This only started happening in reference to Killa being added to Factory (which I don't think is relevant to my situation at all, but, idk, might as well note it). I have 3500 hours on this game and play quite a lot. I tried playing with absolutely no other software/appliance running in the background, still crashed. I tried playing w/o streaming, still crashed. I couldn't play a raid w/o this issue happening. This issue has randomly started this Thursday (6/17/21) and it was instant. Hell, even at one point where I was hosting a MC server on my own PC, while playing, it stayed ON for the people that were connected, and only stopped when I force shut off my PC. Other applications, however, like Discord, Twitch, and even Streamlabs, will no longer work (I know this because any audio of such things will halt, and my stream goes dead). As said before, background applications such as Spotify will continue to work, and even though everything is frozen, I can click my shortcut on my keyboard to play and pause the music. The only option is for me to force hold the power button to turn it off, then turn it back on. Can't move mouse cursor, can't tab in or out, can't Ctrl + Alt + Delete, absolutely nothing. My monitors will then either a) Stay completely dark and not regain signal, or b) Regain signal, but everything is completely frozen. Any game audio that is currently going on will stop, yet background applications (such as Spotify) will continue to play and work. The exact process is at follows: During any point of having Tarkov open, at random moments (with the only reoccurring instance being when I leave raid - either by dying or extracting - and click the first next button) all 3 of my monitors will suddenly go dark and black, like it's entering into sleep mode. While playing Tarkov (whether it be in the menu, in between loading screens, deploying, during the actual game itself), my computer seems to be crashing/freezing completely w/o any source or direct reason. So I'm gonna try and explain this as best as I can, but the issue is relatively what the title says. Moderator decisions are final, please respect the moderator team and their actions.
